For Purpose Aged Care Australia invites applications for a permanent Resident Care & Wellbeing Assistant at Romsey. You will join a passionate, supportive team that puts residents first, delivering lifestyle programs and wellbeing support to enhance residents’ daily lives.

The role requires empathy, strong communication, teamwork and a willingness to learn new technology to improve residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing.

Competenze

• Cert III in Ageing/DS minimum qualification.
• Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure or Cert IV in Ageing preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certificates current.
• Police check current within 12 months.
• Flexibility for dayshifts, weekends and holidays.

• Deliver varied lifestyle programs to residents.
• Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
• Assist with activities and enrichment in daily living.
