For Purpose Aged Care Australia in Maryborough is seeking a dedicated Resident Care & Wellbeing Assistant to support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing. You will deliver lifestyle programs, engage residents with empathy, and collaborate with a caring team to create a warm, supportive home environment.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, effective communication, and reliability in a not-for-profit setting focused on community wellbeing across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering varied lifestyle programs to residents.
• Cert III in Ageing Support required as a minimum.
• Cert IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or equivalent preferred.
• Hold a current driver’s licence and be willing to drive the Residence bus.
• First Aid and CPR certificates (in-person training).
