Job summary

Opal HealthCare is seeking a detail-oriented Resident Accounts Administration Officer to support resident account management and financial administration across care communities. You will report to the Revenue Assurance Manager and handle account setup, maintenance, billing, RAD processing, and Proda access with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in processing transactions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes of complex transactions in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Process resident account setups, transfers, discharges, billing journals, and adjustments
• Administer RADs and related resident transactions
• Generate and distribute resident statements and invoices
• Maintain accurate resident and transactional data in financial systems
• Process Proda user access requests and department forms
• Investigate and resolve account queries with accurate records
• Support month-end processes, reporting, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and business requirements
