Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong computer skills; Take Flight or similar systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and administrative skills.
• Physically fit for day-to-day ground operations.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and eligibility to work in Australia.
• Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) including police check and drug & alcohol screening.

About the Role

Our Heli Crew are the face of our operation — passionate, hands-on, and ready to jump in wherever needed. This is a true all-rounder role combining reservations, customer service, and ground crew duties.

You’ll be helping create incredible experiences for our guests while keeping operations running smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering a warm, professional and memorable experience to every guest

Handling reservations, sales enquiries, and bookings (phone, email, and walk-ins)

Strong computer skills (experience with Take Flight or similar systems is an advantage)

Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items as part of day-to-day ground operations

Ability to work weekends and public holidays (this is essential)

Current Australian Driver’s Licence

Must be legally eligible to work in Australia

Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
(includes police check and drug & alcohol screening)
