Job summary

voco Melbourne Central is seeking a Full Time Guest Service Agent – Reservations in Melbourne's CBD. You’ll work closely with the Reservations Manager to manage bookings, amendments and guest enquiries while supporting the Front Office team for a smooth guest experience.

Ideal candidates have previous hotel Front Office or Reservations experience, strong attention to detail and excellent communication. The role requires flexibility for weekends and public holidays and uses Opera PMS for bookings.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Front Office and/or Reservations experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Able to communicate with guests by phone, email and face-to-face.
• Available to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations, amendments, cancellations and guest enquiries.
• Process bookings accurately in Opera PMS.
• Support Reservations Manager with daily tasks and reporting.
• Assist Reception during busy periods and with check-ins/check-outs.
