Job summary

Macquarie Asset Management in Sydney is seeking a dedicated professional to join the Wealth Distribution team within the Client Solutions Group. You will help drive the Research House ratings process, collaborating with Investment, Central Product and Operations to deliver timely, accurate insights.

You will review RFIs and DDQs, oversee ongoing data provision for Research House reviews, and participate in Ratings Houses Conferences, supporting marketing and business development at these events.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a quantitative, economics, finance or similar discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience with research houses and/or investment teams.
• Deep understanding of Funds Management, investment markets and regulations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the existing Research House ratings process and coordinate with the Investment, Central Product and Operations teams.
• Review and oversee completion of RFIs/DDQs and provide ongoing data for Research House reviews/databases.
• Attend Ratings Houses Conferences and support marketing at events to ensure speaker representation and business development.

Join our Macquarie Asset Management Wealth Distribution team, within the Client Solutions Group. This team manages relationships with key gatekeeper intermediaries in the wealth market. As part of a high-performing team, you will help deliver comprehensive support to Research House clients and research house-aligned consultants.

You will help drive the existing Research House ratings process, and work collaboratively with the Investment, Central Product, and Operations teams to achieve optimal fund ratings. You will review and provide oversight of the completion of all Requests For Information/Due Diligence Questionnaires and have oversight of ongoing data provision for Research House reviews /databases in an accurate and timely manner. You will take part and attend Ratings Houses Conferences, working with the Marketing team to ensure appropriate speaker representation and ensuring appropriate business development support at these events.
