Job summary

The Kids Research Institute Australia seeks a Program Manager to lead the BREATH Team’s research portfolio and coordinate multiple projects in lung health. Based in Nedlands, WA, this is a part-time (0.6 FTE) 12-month contract with potential for 0.8 FTE; you will oversee budgets, contracts, and stakeholder engagement with national and international collaborators.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in research or academic environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple research projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Aboriginal health research and community engagement.
• Strong financial stewardship across diverse funding bodies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities relating to the team’s research portfolio.
• Oversee legal agreements and contracts for the program.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Engage with national and international collaborators and external organisations.
