TELUS Digital is seeking research-level mathematicians to craft an original, self-contained mathematical problem that pushes current AI reasoning systems beyond frontier models. You will supply a precise answer, a rigorous solution, and the computational materials to verify it, designed for reproducible evaluation under NDA.

The role targets experts in number theory, analysis, algebraic geometry, PDEs, harmonic analysis, category theory, or mathematical physics with strong Python capabilities

Formación

• Active mathematical research at doctoral level or beyond.
• Strong programming ability to compute and verify results.
• Publication-quality mathematical English for writing and reviewing.

Responsabilidades

• Design one original research-level problem in your area of expertise.
• Make the problem self-contained with all definitions and hypotheses.
• Provide an exact answer and a machine-checkable answer format.
• Produce reproducible code that computes or verifies the result and runs quickly.
• Include the reference-answer function and evaluation materials.
