Macquarie University Health at Work Research Centre is expanding its team and seeks a talented researcher to contribute to funded projects on work design and wellbeing at work. You will collaborate closely with the Centre Director to apply research findings in practical organisational settings.

The role requires a PhD in a relevant discipline and a developing or established track record in organisational behaviour, HR or organisational psychology, with strong analytical and communication skills

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant discipline (e.g. organisational psychology, management or health services research).
• Peer‑reviewed publications.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to funded industry projects focused on work design and wellbeing at work.
• Collaborate with the Centre Director to translate research into practical outcomes.
