Laing O'Rourke is seeking a Reporting Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of comprehensive project reporting for Australia\'s largest defence infrastructure program. You will oversee a team of reporting coordinators and BI professionals, collaborating with PMO leads and area leads to ensure timely, accurate insights and governance across IDO reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with reporting and business intelligence functions.
• Ability to coordinate reporting calendars and deliverables.
• Strong with data analysis and visualisation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of reporting outputs across the Integrated Delivery Office.
• Manage a team of reporting coordinators and BI professionals.
• Collaborate with functional leads to define reporting requirements and ensure timely, accurate outputs.
• Work with PMO Leads and executives to translate business challenges into reporting artefacts.
• Develop reporting approaches for varying operational maturity and ANI outcomes.
• Drive innovative reporting solutions using digital tech, data analytics and visualisation tools.
• Coordinate reporting inputs from supply chain partners and ensure integration into IDO reporting.
• Liaise with IT and digital teams to align systems and data requirements.
• Lead governance of reporting data quality and consistency.
