Job summary

Tech & Data People is seeking an experienced Reporting Lead to drive enterprise reporting, analytics, and automation across the organisation. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver insights, shaping strategic decision‑making and performance visibility.

The role combines deep Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Fabric expertise with strong stakeholder management to transform complex business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions that boost visibility and decision quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior reporting, BI, or analytics leadership role.
• Strong technical skills in data modeling, DAX, and data pipelines.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise reporting and analytics capability across the organisation.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Develop datasets, semantic models, and architectures with SQL and modern data platforms.
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric for data integration, governance, analytics, and reporting.
• Automate reporting processes to improve accuracy and timeliness.
