Job summary

Armaguard is seeking an experienced Repair Centre Technician to join the ITS – Integrated Technology Services team in Sydney. You will work alongside skilled technicians to repair ATMs and related components, identify faults, test repaired units, and maintain accurate repair records.

The role demands hands-on mechanical repair experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to read diagrams and schematics.

Qualifications

• Hands-on manual/mechanical repair experience required.
• Experience repairing devices like ATMs or similar equipment a plus.
• Good problem-solving and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair ATMs in the Repair Centre.
• Identify faults and troubleshoot issues.

What does the job look like?

We are seeking an experienced Repair Centre Technician to join the team within our ITS (Integrated Technology Services) Business Unit. Surrounded by a team of experienced technicians, you will feel right at home! Key areas of the role include:

• Repairing ATMs in the Repair Centre
• Identifying faults and troubleshooting issues
• Testing repaired components and units to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Maintaining accurate records or repairs, parts and work conducted

Are you the one?

You have hands-on skills, the mindset and the drive to solve problems:

• Previous experience within repairs on mechanical devices (including gaming/Eftpos/printers/parking ticket machines, remote cars, scooters and more!)
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics
• Outstanding work ethic with a drive to meet deadlines
