Job summary

Linfox Armaguard Group is seeking an experienced Repair Centre Technician to join the ITS Business Unit. You’ll work with a team of experienced technicians repairing ATMs, identifying faults, performing component level repairs, and testing to ensure quality.

Accurate record-keeping and timely completion of tasks are essential. Ideal candidates will have hands-on repair experience with mechanical devices, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read schematics.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Repairing ATMs in the Repair Centre.
• Identifying faults and troubleshooting issues.

What does the job look like?

We are seeking an experienced Repair Centre Technician to join the team within our ITS (Integrated Technology Services) Business Unit. Surrounded by a team of experienced technicians, you will feel right at home! Key areas of the role include:

• Repairing ATMs in the Repair Centre
• Identifying faults and troubleshooting issues
• Performing component level repairs
• Testing repaired components and units to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Maintaining accurate records or repairs, parts and work conducted

Are you the one?

You have hands-on skills, the mindset and the drive to solve problems:

• Previous experience within repairs on mechanical devices (including gaming/Eftpos/printers/parking ticket machines, remote cars, scooters and more!)
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics
• Outstanding work ethic with a drive to meet deadlines
