What to expect from the interview process

• 30-minute video interview – we test for transferrable and core skills
• 30-minute in‑person interview at our Barangaroo office, including a conversation with the Contact Centre Manager about a day in the life of the role, and time for you to ask any questions you have

Working hours & location

This is a full‑time, office‑based role at our Barangaroo office, Monday to Friday, on a rotating roster between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. This means no weekends and no late‑night shifts.
