Europcar Canberra is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Officer to join the team on a full-time basis. You will greet customers, process rentals, upsell services, and maintain vehicle presentation to drive customer satisfaction and sales performance.

The role requires excellent communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A valid Australian driver's license and full working rights in Australia are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail.
• Car rental experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Confident using computer systems and technology.
• Full working rights in Australia (current and ongoing).
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster including weekends and public holidays.

• Greet and assist customers in renting vehicles based on their preferences and needs.
