Symal Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project approximately two hours north of Adelaide, SA. The role involves directing a small team of engineers and coordinating with site supervision, the project leadership and broader Symal teams to ensure timely, safe delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in renewables, BESS, wind, transmission or utilities is highly regarded.
• Ability to lead engineering and site-based teams and manage programs, budgets and risks.

Aufgaben

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the BESS project, including coordination of site supervision.
• Manage and mentor a team of 4–5 engineers and project personnel.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Drive safety, quality, cost and program performance and deliver commercial objectives.
• Build and maintain client relationships and proactively manage risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with broader Symal Renewables team and contribute to future projects.
