Job summary

Snowy Hydro is seeking an experienced Project Planner to join the Snowy 2.0 team on a 4-year fixed-term contract. This on-site role at the Lobs Hole site involves driving programme management and coordinating interfaces between contractors and major work packages.

You will leverage Primavera P6, Power BI and AI-enabled planning tools to develop schedules, monitor progress, and report on KPIs. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering, and experience on mega construction projects are

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering.
Experience in project planning on mega construction projects.
Interfacing with multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
Proficient in Primavera P6, Power BI and AI-enabled planning tools.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed programmes for owner teams and support projects.
Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and develop what-if scenarios using planning tools.
Interface with the owner's team and contractors/subcontractors during site meetings.
Develop and report on KPIs, lookahead programmes and earned value analysis.
Support analysis of delay and disruption claims from planning and commercial perspectives.
