Snowy Hydro is seeking a Project Planner to join the Snowy 2.0 team on a 4-year fixed-term contract. The role is on-site at the Lobs Hole site with a 14/7 FIFO roster, handling programme management, risk analysis and interface management with contractors.

You will drive planning using Primavera P6, Power BI, and AI-enabled scheduling tools, track KPIs, support earned value management, and coordinate with owners, contractors and subcontractors to keep megaproject milestones on schedule.

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering.
• Previous experience in Project Planning on mega construction projects with multidisciplinary interdependencies and complex interfaces.
• Advanced skills in Primavera P6, Power BI, and exposure to AI-enabled planning/scheduling packages (such as Acumen 360 and 4D scheduling).
• Solid understanding of Cost and Earned Value management, construction data structures, and digital reporting systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with a proven capability to deliver under pressure in a multi-cultural, on-site team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Programme Management: Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed programmes for owner teams and support projects.
• Risk & Scenario Analysis: Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and develop what-if scenarios using Primavera P6 and ALICE.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary contact for the owner's team with contractors and subcontractors during site meetings.
• Performance Tracking: Develop, maintain, and report on KPIs, lookahead programmes, and earned value analysis.
• Claims & Variations: Support analysis and response to delay and disruption claims from planning and commercial perspectives.
