STX Group is recruiting a Business Development & Origination Manager – Renewable Energy Markets to drive growth in the Australian environmental commodities landscape. You will cultivate client relationships, identify structured transactions, and lead commercial expansion within voluntary and compliance markets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
- Experience in sales, trading, or business development in Australia.
- Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset essential.
- Ability to analyze markets and strategic opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and execute innovative commercial and trading solutions for counterparties.
- Expand customer portfolio by qualifying and pursuing new leads.
- Define sourcing and trading strategies for Australian renewable energy markets.
- Support Corporate Demand activities and grow STX's presence.
- Execute transactions in Australian Environmental Commodities products.
- Analyze market data and regulatory factors with the Trading Analyst.
- Contribute to market development initiatives and represent STX locally.
- Advise counterparties with tailored sustainable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key counterparties.
