NSW Health's Westmead Hospital seeks Clinical Nursing Unit Manager for the Renal Transplant Clinic. You will provide strategic and operational nursing leadership, ensure delivery aligns with professional standards and NSW Health policies, and drive workforce development.

Lead a dedicated nursing team in a dynamic clinical environment, focusing on patient outcomes, safety and continuous improvement. Permanent full-time, 38 hours per week with a competitive remuneration of $143,997.19 per annum.

Formación

• Postgraduate nursing qualification in specialty or management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and balance competing demands.
• Motivate, manage and develop nursing/midwifery staff.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to assess nursing/resource requirements and utilisation.
