Job summary

SA Health in Adelaide is seeking a Senior Pharmacist Team Leader – Renal to lead a multidisciplinary pharmacy team across Renal, Specialty Medicine and Vascular Surgery units. You will drive medication management, mentoring and professional guidance, and collaborate with clinicians to deliver high‑quality pharmacy services in a large public health setting.

The role requires hospital pharmacy experience with renal expertise, outstanding leadership, change management and strong communication

Qualifications

Hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy and registered, or eligible for registration, with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
Proven leadership or management experience within multidisciplinary teams.
Extensive hospital pharmacy experience with renal specialization preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of pharmacists, assistants and technicians within Renal, Specialty Medicine and Vascular Surgery units.
Provide management, mentoring and professional guidance to support medication management directives.
Collaborate with clinicians to deliver high-quality pharmacy services and implement guidelines.
Act as a key point of contact for pharmacy issues and service units.
