SA Health seeks a Senior Pharmacist Team Leader to direct distribution services at Royal Adelaide Hospital or The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, guiding pharmacists, assistants and technicians to deliver high-quality care. You will provide medicines advise, mentor staff and lead improvements in medication management to ensure safe, timely patient care.

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
• Be registered or eligible for Pharmacy Board registration.
• Hospital pharmacy leadership experience.
• Clear communication and staff guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital pharmacy distribution services to support safe, timely patient care.
• Mentor pharmacists, assistants and technicians to deliver a coordinated service.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leaders, medical and nursing teams to promote safe and cost-conscious medicine use.
• Review practice, strengthen medication management policies and drive improvements.
