Aurizon is seeking a Remuneration & Performance Adviser to join our People & Development team. You will partner with leaders and stakeholders to provide remuneration analysis, advice and support that helps attract, retain and reward our people.

This role offers the opportunity to develop remuneration, workforce insights and organisational effectiveness within a large, complex organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• The ability to interpret remuneration frameworks, awards and enterprise agreements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in remuneration, HR, finance or a related analytical discipline highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Conduct role evaluations and support job classification activities.
• Provide advice on role sizing, organisational design and workforce structures.
• Interpret enterprise agreements, awards and remuneration frameworks.
• Analyse remuneration data, market trends and internal workforce information to support decision-making.
• Support remuneration reviews, benchmarking and pay equity assessments.
• Develop insights and recommendations using data analysis and reporting.
• Partner with leaders and People teams to provide remuneration advice and solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of remuneration processes, governance and frameworks.
