Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day yield optimisation in the ad-tech stack.
• Investigate and resolve performance issues using logs and debugging tools.
• Run experiments and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Build reusable optimisation playbooks and runbooks for teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data Science on monetisation tooling.
