Job summary

Publift is seeking a Yield Operations Specialist to optimize publisher auctions across GAM, Prebid, and Amazon TAM, turning ideas into hypotheses and running experiments to scale monetisation with data-driven approaches.

You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Commercial teams to deliver measurable revenue uplift while balancing rigorous analytics with practical problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in ad-tech yield optimization and auction systems.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets in Excel/Sheets.
• Ability to design and run experiments (A/B tests).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day yield optimization across GAM, Prebid and Amazon TAM.
• Run experiments and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Develop reusable playbooks and onboarding checks for publishers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data Science to improve monetisation tooling.
• Support publishers with resources and documentation.
