Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an Accounts Administrator for a security services client in Australia. The role is home-based, part-time, with a Monday-Friday schedule and hours 9:00 AM-1:00 PM AEST.

You will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, work in Xero, and maintain accurate financial records. You must reside in the Philippines, have prior accounts administration experience, and possess strong English communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts administration or similar experience.
• Xero experience required.
• Good attention to detail and organisation.
• Able to work independently.
• Strong English communication.
• Residency in the Philippines; Filipino-only.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day accounts administration and back-end administrative requirements of the business.
• Work confidently within Xero to assist with accounting-related administration.
• Help maintain accurate and organised financial and administrative information.
• Provide reliable administrative support as the business grows and takes on larger contract work.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when completing accounts and administrative tasks.
• Work independently and communicate clearly with the client regarding tasks, queries and required information.
