UST is seeking an experienced Workday AMS Financials Consultant for our Melbourne team. This remote role allows work from anywhere in Australia to support financial deployments and client projects.

Responsibilities include delivering Workday Financials, managing multiple projects, and guiding clients with best practices. Candidates should have Workday certifications, 4+ years in Financials, and strong communication and PM skills.

Qualifications

• Hold current Workday Certifications in Financials; Financials certifications a plus.
• 4+ years implementing Financial, Procurement and/or Expense Management solutions.
• CPA and/or advanced accounting degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
• Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applications.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Ability to manage timelines and goals effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
• Ability to learn technology quickly via instruction and self-training.
• Experience managing multiple financial projects simultaneously.
• Advanced time-management and organizational skills.
• Expected travel is +/-15% depending on project(s).

Responsabilités

• Provide expertise in the Workday Financials product suite.
• Offer Workday technical consulting as a subject matter expert in Financials.
• Build and maintain rapport with clients, supporting Workday deployment.
• Manage multiple cases or projects with regular status updates to PMs.
• Ensure functional solutions align with data extraction and translations; advise on integrations.
• Facilitate adoption of Workday best practices.
• Maintain Workday certifications and contribute to the ecosystem.
• Communicate proactively and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate effectively on team-based projects.
• Mentor and train colleagues on product knowledge and best practices.
• Resolve complex tasks with support from the team.
• Demonstrate computational thinking to identify scalable solutions.
• Serve as a professional role model.
