Job summary

Voyages Tourism Australia is seeking a Community Wellbeing and Engagement Coordinator for Ayers Rock Resort, Ulu?ru. You will design and coordinate activities to enhance social, emotional, spiritual and cultural wellbeing among a multicultural staff, with emphasis on cultural safety for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering a coordinated activities program.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and coordination ability.
• Commitment to Aboriginal cultures and culturally safe practices.
• Willingness to obtain Ochre card and hold Australian driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate an innovative activities program that enhances wellbeing of a multicultural workforce, with emphasis on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff.
• Coordinate communication and promotion for the activities program to promote engagement by Voyages employees and eligible residents.
• Program delivery and evaluation: coordinate delivery of activities and evaluate outcomes with the GM of Wellbeing.
• Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders internally and externally to deliver program outcomes.
