Qualifications
- Extensive experience in software architecture with a focus on Web3 and blockchain technologies.
- Proven track record delivering complex decentralized applications and platforms.
- Deep understanding of blockchain networks, consensus mechanisms and smart contract principles.
- Experience with decentralized storage (e.g., IPFS) and identity management systems.
- Strong cybersecurity knowledge in Web3 contexts.
- Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end Web3 solutions including dApps and blockchain integrations.
- Evaluate and select blockchain platforms, protocols, and technologies for use cases.
- Develop technical roadmaps and strategies for decentralized systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to define requirements.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and performant following industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout projects.
