Job summary

Belgravia Group is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative – Travel to assist clients throughout their travel journey. In this fully remote role, you will serve as a key point of contact for travelers, providing support before, during, and after their trips to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, are highly organized, and comfortable working independently.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in customer service (travel, hospitality or support preferred).
• Able to learn new systems and booking platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote client support via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Assist travelers with itineraries, changes, and special requests.
• Communicate travel requirements and agency processes clearly.
• Monitor upcoming trips and proactively contact clients.
• Resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
