Randstad, partnered with ALPA, invites you to join a full-time remote residential role based in an isolated Aboriginal Community in Arnhem Land. You will mentor locals, share practical trade skills, and drive hands-on outcomes while embracing Yolŋu culture and independence.

Qualificações

• Extensive trades experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, or heavy outdoor operations.
• Ability to mentor, coach and transfer skills to Yolŋu participants.
• Strong cultural awareness with remote-site resilience.
• Valid unrestricted manual driver's licence.
• NT Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card) and First Aid.
• Proficient with basic computer tools and KPI tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee site logistics, maintain small engines and keep workshops stocked.
• Mentor Yolŋu Supervisors and participants in groundskeeping, mechanics and construction.
• Manage safety briefings, stock ordering, and operational reporting.
• Build partnerships with Elders and Traditional Owners to deliver community projects.
