Job summary

Randstad HR Partners recruits for a unique full-time remote residential role in Arnhem Land, NT. You will lead creative workshops in sewing, crafts, textiles, and food prep, mentoring local participants and building capacity in a remote Aboriginal community.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, cultural respect, and establishing community-owned initiatives, with relocation support and extensive leave benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in arts, crafts, textiles (sewing, screen printing) or community-based creative projects.
• Unrestricted Manual Driver’s Licence (mandatory)
• NT Working with Children Clearance
• First Aid Certification (or eligible/willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Lead and create hands-on workshops in crafts, textiles (sewing, screen printing, dyeing), weaving, or basic food prep.
• Mentor participants and collaborate with Yolŋu Supervisors to build confidence and employability.
• Manage craft room logistics, inventory, supplies, and safety.
• Support community-led initiatives that celebrate cultural heritage and social wellbeing.
