The role is full-time with a work-from-home arrangement. You will need 2–4 years in mining compliance, strong MS Office skills, and a client-focused approach to deliver high-quality outcomes from a flexible, autonomous team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in similar mining roles.
• 1–2 years interpreting mining legislation and compliance reporting.
• Experience with tenement management software preferred but not essential.
• Strong MS Office skills and time management.
• Commitment to excellent client service and ethical standards.
• Able to work autonomously or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure statutory compliance for exploration and mining projects across Australia.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports.
