• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
• Sound understanding of Australian prescribing and regulatory requirements.
• Comfort using telehealth and digital health platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth consultations and clinical assessments.
• Develop personalised treatment plans and provide clinical advice.
• Prescribe medications in line with Australian regulations and scope of practice.
• Refer patients to specialists and other providers when appropriate.
• Monitor patient progress through follow-up consultations.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Identify when further assessment, investigation, or escalation is required.
