Future Group is seeking an Operations Specialist on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will support the Trustee with fiduciary, regulatory, and operational oversight across claims, complaints, incidents and member outcomes.

Working in a pooled Operations team, you’ll help triage issues, review delegated matters, oversee service provider performance and drive continual improvements for member servicing. You will join a purpose-led scale‑up that values inclusivity and ESG.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a superannuation operations role.
• Strong understanding of superannuation legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Customer service experience in contact centres or member services.
• Completion or willingness to undertake RG146 training within 12 months.

Responsabilités

• Support claims, complaints, incidents and remediation across the fund.
• Provide governance, risk and regulatory oversight of service providers.
• Triages incidents, reviews claims, and assists in escalations.
• Use feedback to drive improvements in processes, disclosures and member outcomes.
