Job summary

Australian Retirement Trust in Brisbane (Hybrid) is seeking an Operations Regulatory Reporting Specialist to support regulatory reporting obligations across government and industry bodies. You will help ensure reports are accurate and on time while contributing to continual improvements in compliance, efficiency and member outcomes.

As part of a leading superannuation fund, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders, monitor regulatory changes, manage risks, and maintain robust reporting controls.

• Provide advice, training, and support to stakeholders on reporting requirements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting processes, systems and efficiency.

You'll help ensure reporting activities are completed accurately and on time, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance compliance, efficiency, and member outcomes.

You'll collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, monitor changes to regulatory requirements, support risk management activities, and help maintain robust reporting processes and controls. This is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your knowledge of superannuation, legislation, and regulatory reporting within one of Australia's leading superannuation funds.

This role is available as both a permanent and max term/secondment opportunity and is based in Brisbane.
