Linea Talent Group is seeking an experienced Remote Strata Manager to oversee a portfolio of body corporate schemes with a focus on building relationships and proactive problem solving. The role is fully remote and suited to someone autonomous who can manage budgets, compliance, and best-practice communication.

You will liaise with committees, owners, and contractors, chair meetings, and drive new business opportunities with support from HQ.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a strata or body corporate portfolio.
• A sound understanding of relevant body corporate legislation.
• Confidence chairing meetings and guiding committee decisions.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A calm, practical approach to resolving issues.

Taking a hands-on approach, they work closely with committees and owners to deliver tailored management solutions. This opportunity suits an experienced, autonomous, business development-focused Strata Manager who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership of their portfolio.

The role

• Manage a portfolio of body corporate schemes.
