Job summary

Jones Sports Group Pty Ltd – Kellyville NSW is seeking a proven Sales Consultant to convert inbound enquiries for Coach Brandan Jones (CBJ) and Sydney Sports Academy (SSA). This full-time, fully remote role focuses on closing high-value coaching packages, with no prospecting required as leads are provided.

You will enjoy a base salary of $60,000 plus super and uncapped commission, with a realistic OTE of $95,000–$100,000+.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and closing experience in premium or high-value services.
• Strong phone-based communication and rapport-building.
• Able to manage a large pipeline and self-motivate in a fully remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound enquiries and start conversations.
• Call qualified leads and conduct sales conversations to close.
• Understand athletes' needs and match coaching programs.
• Follow up consistently and manage CRM notes and pipeline stages.
• Track performance metrics and collaborate with management on availability.
