Job summary

Transform Life Pty Limited is seeking a Speech Pathologist with a paediatrics focus to support clients across the Ipswich region. You may also work with clients across the lifespan, with opportunities to collaborate within a national team.

The role supports remote work and local face-to-face sessions, delivering evidence-based assessments and therapy. The position offers flexibility to balance work and life commitments.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with SPA registration.
• 12 months+ experience within the NDIS and working with children and adolescents.
• Ability to work from home and conduct telehealth sessions.
• NDIS Worker Screening & WWCC clearance.
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based assessment and therapy for clients, including paediatric cases.
• Work from home and see clients face to face locally or via telehealth as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary allied health teams to improve client outcomes.
