Job summary

ALRA is seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel with 5+ years PAE in family law in Sydney. You will manage own matters across property and parenting, advise clients, and guide junior lawyers.

The role offers autonomy with a dedicated support team, opportunities to lead and develop others, and a transparent path to Special Counsel and Partnership. Two days of work from home and a sustainable daily budget are also provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PAE) in family law.
• Experience across property and parenting matters.
• Ability to supervise and develop junior lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Manage own family law matters with property/parenting focus.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team performance.
• Provide strategic advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships.
