Alignerr Corp. in Brisbane is seeking Software Engineers to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code that helps train AI systems to think like real developers.

You’ll write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback that makes AI coding assistants smarter, safer, and more reliable. This is hands-on engineering work at the frontier of AI development, with a fully remote, flexible contract and asynchronous collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Software Eng.
• Proficient in one or more of: Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Clear written communicator with strong debugging approach.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across multiple languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or not.
• Design coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Rank AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously.
