Job summary

Alignerr Corp. seeks an Electrical Engineering Expert (AI Training) for a fully remote hourly contract.

You will design advanced engineering problems to rigorously test AI, author ground-truth solutions, and audit AI outputs for correctness and safety across circuit analysis, power systems, and control theory. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, with deep expertise in VLSI, control systems, or signal processing, and can communicate technical concepts

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s or PhD in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Strong foundations in VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics or signal processing.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts in writing.

Responsibilities

• Design complex engineering problems spanning circuit analysis, power systems, signal processing, electromagnetics, and control systems to test AI performance.
• Author precise, step-by-step ground-truth solutions for model training.
• Audit AI outputs: code, diagrams, and proofs for correctness and safety per IEEE/NEC standards.
• Refine AI reasoning with structured feedback to improve model performance.
• Stress-test AI knowledge across embedded systems, robotics, and simulations, documenting failure modes.
