Qualifications

• University/College degree in life sciences or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements (RA, IRB/IEC).
• Experience with site start-up, regulatory submissions, and contract/budget negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site activation and start-up activities per protocol and SOPs.
• Liaise with IRB/IEC and regulatory bodies on approvals.
• Support SIV preparation, vendor coordination, and TMF audit readiness.
• Mentor and train junior colleagues when appropriate.
