The role emphasizes enterprise-grade governance, security, and integration rather than routine support, with a focus on tenant-level administration and cross‑team collaboration.

You will design hub site architectures, manage site collections, and work with SPO, Graph, Purview, and PowerShell to implement data loss

• Proven experience in SharePoint Online Administration.
• Strong understanding of data governance and security practices including labeling and retention.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• SharePoint Online Administration: Manage site collections at the tenant level.
• Design and implement hub site architectures.
• Use SPO Management Shell, PnP PowerShell, and Graph for tenant management.
• Oversee tenant-level external sharing and prevent oversharing.
• Administer Microsoft Search and Microsoft Graph connectors.
• Integrate SharePoint Online with M365 Purview for data governance.
• Implement data loss prevention, data retention, and sensitivity labels for SPO/ODFB.
• Manage Microsoft 365 backup and archive for SharePoint Online.
• Utilize SAM Add-on features and controls.
• OneDrive for Business Administration: Understand GPO/Intune settings for managing the OneDrive for Business sync client.
• Migrate from on-premises home drives to OneDrive for Business.
• Apply best practices for the OneDrive for Business sync client.
• Development and Integration: Understand SPFx and PowerShell usage with SharePoint.
• Integrate SharePoint Online and set up Homesite integration.
