Clickhouse is seeking a mid-level Structural Engineer to work remotely on precast concrete projects for global clients. You will design, review drawings, and perform calculations from your home office.

In this role, you’ll contribute to NPD initiatives, collaborate with manufacturing teams, and mentor junior engineers. The position offers a fully remote setup with Philippine-based hours and a competitive PHP salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 4–6 years of proven structural engineering experience, with precast focus.
• Proficiency in CAD software, SolidWorks preferred.
• Solid understanding of concrete design principles and standards.
• Experience with FEA software and BIM concepts.
• Ability to manage smaller projects independently.
• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with remote work.
• Fully remote work – anywhere in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop precast concrete products.
• Create and review Issued For Manufacture drawings.
• Contribute to New Product Development from concept to implementation.
• Perform advanced structural calculations for precast elements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize design efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Drive process improvements and best-practices development.
