Access Offshoring Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Structural Detailer to produce accurate 3D Revit shop drawings for precast elements and collaborate with engineering, drafting teams, and external consultants. You will manage projects from handover through delivery.

Experience in precast detailing, reinforced concrete structures, and BIM workflows is essential. This role offers a 100% work-from-home model with Australian hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in structural engineering drafting/modelling and/or precast detailing.
• Strong understanding of reinforced concrete structures (precast and in situ).
• Ability to interpret consultant design drawings (architectural/structural/building services).
• High proficiency in Revit software and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality 3D shop drawings of precast and concrete elements using Revit.
• Create and manage fully coordinated 3D shop drawing models with consultant models.
• Follow and improve processes to streamline Revit-based production.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders; raise RFIs and resolve design issues.
• Manage drafting resources to deliver drawings aligned with casting programs.
• Ensure rigorous QA for error-free drawings.
• Take ownership of drafting projects from handover to completion.

Key Responsibilities: • Produce high-quality 3D shop drawings of precast and traditional concrete elements using Revit. • Create and manage fully coordinated 3D shop drawing models with consultant Architectural and Structural Revit models. • Follow and improve new processes to streamline Revit-based shop drawing production. • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders; raise RFIs and resolve design issues with engineers and architects. • Manage internal drafting resources to deliver drawings aligned with casting programs of precast partners. • Ensure rigorous quality assurance processes are followed for error-free drawings. • Provide advice and support to external drafters and shop detailers. • Take ownership of drafting projects from estimating handover to project completion.
