Job summary

CVS Australia is seeking a Senior HR, Payroll & Integrations Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on end-to-end HR and payroll integrations for acquired clinics and ensuring compliance with Australian employment legislation and policies.

The successful candidate will lead multiple integration projects, coordinate activities with Operations, Finance, Payroll and HR, and drive process improvements while supporting stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with payroll processing, HR systems, and Australian employment laws.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end integration projects across multiple clinics or business units.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR and payroll integration activities for newly acquired clinics.
• Manage multiple integration projects with coordinated timelines and compliance checks.
• Conduct payroll and employment compliance reviews, including awards and contracts.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Payroll, HR and clinic leaders to drive outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve processes and integration results.
