Zenith IT Services Pty Ltd. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and deploy full-stack AI systems and automations across the business.

You will work closely with the engineering team in a startup-like environment, with room to grow into leadership roles. You will own end-to-end development across TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js and Python, mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and help shape engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on software engineering in a professional team.
• Experience leading a team and mentoring engineers.
• Strong Git/GitHub proficiency and PR workflows.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Postgres/SQL databases.
• Strong Python, and TypeScript/React/Next.js/Node.js skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack engineering systems and automations.
• Architect and maintain scalable CI/CD and automation infrastructure.
• Set technical direction and best practices for the team.
• Evaluate new tools and advise on architectural decisions.
• Own the full lifecycle of the systems you build, from design to prod.
• Mentor engineers, review designs and code, raise engineering standards.
• Collaborate with wider team to translate business problems into automation.
• Monitor production systems for performance, cost, and reliability.
