Job summary

Zenith IT Services Pty Ltd. is seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to design and ship automation end to end for live client builds. You will work with engineers, designers and the delivery team from initial workflow sketches to systems used by client staff daily.

You will build AI assistants, integrate language models, and connect data to dashboards, ensuring reliable pipelines, monitoring and clear documentation for client teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building software or automations in a professional team.
• Strong TypeScript or Python, and comfort with REST APIs and webhooks.
• Hands-on experience with a workflow automation platform such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Experience integrating language models (OpenAI, Anthropic or similar) into real products.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Postgres.
• Clear written communication; you can explain a workflow to a business owner.
• Care for reliability: testing, logging, monitoring and safe handling of customer data.

• Document what each automation does so the client's team can operate it.

We are looking for an AI & Automation Engineer to design and ship those automations end to end.
