Binance is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to lead scalable backend services for traditional and AI-powered search. You will own search architecture, ensure reliability and performance, and collaborate with data scientists to enable LLM-powered search and agent capabilities.

You will drive indexing, retrieval, and latency improvements while translating business needs into scalable solutions in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience designing large-scale distributed systems.
• Hands-on with search technologies such as Elasticsearch.
• Experience with real-time or batch data processing (Spark/Flink).
• Familiar with LLM-based search, RAG, or agent frameworks.
• Cloud infrastructure familiarity and scalable design.
• Ability to deliver in evolving requirements.
